    Default photoshop question?

    ok so i just got photoshop onto my computer and am looking for a good site that teaches you how to do stuff with it?
    i mean i know how to lower cars and put different wheels and whatnot..
    but cant figure out how to change colors, and make different text in a pic other then your standard stuff?

    any links would be great and reps will be handed out
