    was he getting paid for these designs? If so, with the 1st design, are the photos stock photos that he purchased or photos he took himself, or photos used with permission?

    If not then he is doing essentially the same thing the others are doing with his work.

    If the images are owned by him or had permission to use them, then yeah looks like someone is rippin him off.

    yea this work comes after, long discussions back and forth with the person, and them giving him pics etc... to use. So all the photos are with permissions, it was like "hey do this for me" he does it, than the like it, than they come back with soemthing else.. as u see.. which is obviously his work just re arranged.. i saw him make those designs from scratch...
