Are you using a tablet or a mouse? The line waviness makes me think you're using a mouse... mouse FTL in photoshop/illustrator. Needs more detail IMHO.. if you're doing a cel shade, go all out.. like this...

yeah i used a mouse. i only really use a tablet in photoshop cause it feels more natural to me. honestly i havent used this program in like 7 years. it kinda felt like doin it for the first time .dope skyline by the way
