    it's not her, just some random girl that looks like her....I mean if you goto the mall and head over to Abercrombie or Hollister you will find plenty of teen's that resemble Tara, Paris.....but Tara just got a new boobie job to fix those old nasty ones....that chick you took a pic of is probably like 16-17


    besides, with that new boob job and some tummy tucking, Tara is looking pretty beat.....
