As for the moldings, I just ripped them off and scraped off all the double-sided tape and put a small piece of orange duct tape over each hole and then taped the whole thing.
Looks like I have shaved molding from afar. I know a guy in Milledgeville who does a good ass job for shaved moldings, I would gladly pass on the info.
