    I stayed in Carmel for a few days a couple of years ago. Very very nice little town. Great views.

    I've been once myself. This was a second honey moon for mom and dad. They flew into LA and rented a car and drove down Hwy 1 to Carmel. A lot of these pics are from somewhere off of Hwy 1. I've got another pic of a waterfall that goes straight into the ocean. They say it is the only waterfall that falls directly into the ocean. Very cool. Sorry about the size of the pics if anyone wants to resize feel free.

    I saw whales and dolphins while there. I played golf at Pebble Beach and saw a whale then too. Beautiful countryside there. Mega MEGA bucks to live there, but if I had it I certainly would.

    My wife is going to Cali with me this year when I go. One of the reasons is because I want to show her Carmel and the drive thru the Sierras out from Cali to Tahoe. I've told her about it for years, and now I wanted to show her myself. Totally different terrain than here. Cool stuff though.

    Me Too! My mom works for Delta so we fly for free as long as there is an open seat. She's been there for 27 years so we get pretty good seniority. I have a Delta flight pass card that looks like a credit card, I could list on any flight and as long as there is an open seat I get on. I need to start taking advantage of that shit more often and taking some cool weekend trips.

    They did the 27 mile drive around Pebble beach and Laguna Seca. They have some more awesome pics but these were just a sample. QD, did you notice the orb in the sunset pic?
