    puddytats is the only tat shop i know who markets to people who go to flea markets...

    hey lets go get some cheap shit and a half assed tattoo while were there


    plus i know ATLEAST 10 people that they peirced or tatted that were um, 14,15 and 16 (at the time) so i dont have much respect for shops that cant check ID's and would risk losing their business over something stupid like that
