you must keep a STRICT diet with it.
I tried it, It helps a little.
bottom line you eat JUNK you will look like SHIT.
diet and exercise on a SERIOUS level is the only thing that helps. All hydroxycut does is speed up your body a little bit and suppress the food cravings.
Thanks for the info was thinking of trying hydroxicut myself.
yeah me to.... thankz for da info, and making a thread about it!!
if you kept a strict diet you wouldn't need the PILLSOriginally Posted by TheTurtle

dude anything you get from GNC is normally not regulated by the FDA, but losing weight there is not miracle pill... eat better, work out and your done.![]()
i would highly suggest you find out what your taking before you take... with it not being regulated drug interactions aren't tested if you are taking any other drugs this could screw you up.
the hydroxycut hardcore works good...drink a lot of water tho..
RESONATORS ARE FOR THE DEVIL!
Im doing the same thing right now but what you do is keep a strict workout schedule and diet for about a month or two, then when your body gets used to the constant working it will start to burn fat for energy. Then start on the Hydroxycut to get you over the hump because you will max out on weight loss and then just continue on the routine until it just becomes natural.
My boyfriend uses the hydroxycut hardcore as part of his daily suppliments.. He also take around 22 other pills with it.. It just bosts what a good diet and working out will do.. I have to agree with paul though.. I worry what the fuck is in those pills.. specially since they make your pee red.. I took pauls advice and did weight watchers.. I almost 30lbs thinner and I love it..

I've used it.. Heres what I'd do.. workout hard and consistent without any supplements, you will find that you'll drop weight noticeably at first but it will get harder after a couple of months to drop weight.. only then would I start trying supplements.
Hydroxycut did nothing for me, supposedly it gives you more energy but it didnt even do that for me, good luck and stick with it.

^^ haha true..
i tried them once because i just wanted to drop like 5-10 lbs but i didnt like how they made me feel... kinda like caffine pills... but i guess to each is own.
the pill's instructions say to eat healthy and excercise and drink 8 glasses of water a day while you're taking them when in reality, doing all of the above without the pill will make you lose weight. i just think it's more of a mental thing for most people, but if you take them and they help you, then stick with it i guess..
With weight watchers I do take a daily womans multi-vitaman withouth iron.. the iron ones were making me sick and I had the damn metalic taste in my mouth all day.. unfourtunatly I cant weight train like I want to because I have costracondritis... and im not allowed to life anything over 15lbs..

If you plan to run do sprints instead of jogging, jogging is okay but you will burn fat faster by doing sprints. Swimming is a good workout as well but for me personally swimming only increases my appetite and ends up being counter productive. Also if you do weights dont do heavy lifting unless you want to gain muscle but not lose a good amount of weight. Most importantly stick to a good diet but I think you know that, everything I've stated here comes from my experience since I went from 180lbs to 225lbs in a short amount of time earlier this year. What side of town do you live on?
