For someone that has never bought one and is not too informed on the difference, I would go the extra penny and buy one from a store or outlet. You never know what you are really buying off of ebay, I will only buy certain things from ebay.

But esp since its going to be a gift, you dont want to try and be cheap esp when its going to be something she knows all to well it sounds like and is going to look it over and over for any flaws, lol I'm a girl, trust me.. when you are not looking we check it out to make sure its real, lol
