95lbs or less cuz of me fasting for a month...

.... nah we were talkin about it in another thread.. my goal is to gain weight.. i havnt gotten over 101lbs...
i have a fast metabolism and i need to figure a way to over pass that.. once i do my goal is to weigh like 107lbs.. but me being 5'1.5" i might look a bit chubby.. gaining weight everywhere except my stomach is cool.. i dont want to have like a fat roll around my stomach area.. so i was wondering if i work out my stomach only is it gonna only eat fat from there or everywhere...
