Try doing it during her fertile week. It's the week after she menstrates that she is most fertile. That should work. If it doesn't both of you get tested and see if there is a problem or not

I could of sworn it was 2 weeks after she menstruates...like the 12th day or so? Pretty much the midpoint between cycles when she was most fertile...
