    30319.... but I'm abandoning the ITP lifestyle for a 50% decrease in rent in a few months.

    I go to N. Highland to eat mostly. Went to Noche last night and the Highland Tap the night before. I don't go to the Dark Horse since I quit doing cocaine about 7or 8 years ago The highlands is full of with snooty tootie, single people or junkie resturant industry people. I'm neither anymore.

    Yep. I'm moving out to Gwinnett county when my lease is up. I really need to cut expenses and get a smaller place. Plus, I hope I can buy something at some point in the future and there is no way I can buy in the area I live in now. Might as well get used to the commute.

    I will be OTP soon, too I hope. Our house is way too expensive. It's nice and we can afford it, but if we move OTP we could have a mansion with a poool and a flat screen!

    I know, right. I went to look at this apartment and all I want is a 1br. The girl asked me if their prices were in my range and I looked at her and said "I pay more than any apartment you have in this entire complex.. and then some. Yeah... it's in my range." It's nice to live 6 miles from my office but most of my life is OTP and dammit, I want to buy more cars.

    The short commute is good but I have other things I would rather do with my money.

    Yea! We own a triplex and we rent a 1br/1ba out for $950/month It's kind of crazy! People pay it tho. I guess it's walking distance to Piedmont Park and all...

    Mine is more.... yes, I'm insane.

    The place I want in Duluth rocks though But when I moved back to Atlanta, I had never lived anywhere other than the city and had no idea how to even look for a place in the suburbs. I was too afraid of getting the wrong place. I stuck with what I knew and paid for it.
