Most vets wont do it after 12-15 weeks old.. its a VERY painful proceedure and any older than that the risk of infection and complication increases too much most vets dont wanna deal with it. I know at the vet I work for it ranges from 300-600 minimun depending on the breed and what kinda cut you want...
