    Just curious to see what everyone is paying.

    I live in atlantic station and for 700sq ft i pay $650

    interesting. I know my gf pays $600 a month for her half of a 2 bed room (which is 671sq ft.) Its right off of north Avenue.

    You have anymore info on this company your leasing with?

    im not 100% percent ont he apt size 986 SF but liek i mentioned b4 i pay 666 for a 2 bed room one bath in douglasville half a mile from i20 on HWY 5

    806 sq ft and I pay $630 for my 1/1

    I am moving in nov. and so far I have seen them (for a two bedroom) from $800 all the way up to $2500.

    mine was $649/mo, in peachtree city. 1bed/1bath, walk-in closet, laundry room, walk in pantry, not sure of the sq. feet but it had a nice sized living room plus a sun room that i used as a computer room...

    ok i got a 1 br/1bath 600sqft walk in laundry,vaulted celing with fans in kitchen,livingroom & br and patio with outside fan.... in jonesboro.. $540 mo.

    my old apartment was 1000 sq feet. with attached garage and had a balcony for 775/month. when i first moved in.. it was only 705... located in duluth, ga

    550sq ft 700/month off of cheshire 1br.. i wish i knew about the special in Atl Station i would have been all over that.

    2 bed 2 bath, hardwood floors fireplace, granite counters, jacuzzi tub. new appliances, ceiling fans throughout, patio, washer and dryer and dishwasher 1600 sq ft...$825 PLUS I"M SINGLE...lol hells yes

    When I lived in a apt it was a one bedroom in kennesaw and I paid 895 a month and add 100 for a garage so 995. I feel like I got ripped cause I live in a three bedroom house two car garage for 997 a month now. lol
