anyways.. if its a cut, like shoulder, backstrap, or tenderloin... put a little bacon grease in a skillet and season it like a steak... cook it how u would a steak too.

or if u like gravy... cook ur meat, then make some beef gravy... mix it together and eat it on top of pasta, or rice.. (the gravy is like a beef,mushroom, onion like gravy) it's pheNAAAAAAAHMEEAANol.
