I got 3 cars....i 1/8th scale off road, a 1/10the scale off road truck, and a 1/10th scale NTC3. os .18 in the smaller cars, and a .28 in the 1/8th. My little on road cars impossible to drive, it breaks all 4 tires loose from start to finish, and its no fun when 2nd gear kicks in cuz it starts to get sideway

Yep, i bought a different car instead of the one that i was talking about. it's got a .18 in it and 2 speed like yours. Even if i find the biggest parking lot that is a whole strip mall with a publix and all sorts of other shit completely empty, it only takes a few seconds to cross the whole thing. and yes, 2nd gear hits it gets squirly. I've found that different pavements determine how much traction you get. I was on one last night across from sidelines on roswell road and you couldn't go above 1/4 throttle without it spinning, and it's got race tires on it.

The one i just picked up ahas a starter box but the engine is pretty new so it's being a pain to get it started sometimes. I had to hook it up to my car battery to get it enough juice to crank the car, but today i couldn't even get it to crank. Oh and i think i melted some of the insides of the starter box :-o oops...

Any tips? Should i get a pull starter or something maybe?

It shouldn't be that hard to start where it's melting stuff......if thats the case, something is wrong. Might be simple as just getting the motor tuned......or something could be binding, too high of a compression, ect ect......
