i used to drink a crap load of juice but they are too high in sugar.
i know right FAT ASSgeeez paulna i went from 220 down to 187 now i'm in the 190's but i want to get down to 175 then i'll be done. it does train you alot though b/c i keep off the majority of what i lost even though we weren't on the diet. now that was w/o working out... to get down to 175 i will probably have to work out some... the lower you get the harder it is.
