I don't think that would qualify as suicide. You aren't guaranteeing your death, you are just making it more likely. If you considered that suicide, you would have to consider smoking, drinking and driving on 400 to be suicide as well.

i'd say no, due to the fact that theres no intent. If you intentionly slept with someone who had HIV, then i think it could be considered to be a slow suicide...

I agree. Knowing and then doing is one thing but not knowing then doing is another. What if it was a turned tide and lets say contacted a life threatning illness via needle, cut, etc... then it was your wife or something and you had sex. Whats the out look here, the end result is the same reguardless. God bless.
