Just a little FYI:
Actually spaying your bitch or neutering your dog is not always the best option. A spayed bitch is more likely to develop Urinary Incontinence. There are some disorders that are less common in altered dogs (testicular and mammary cancers) but others that are more common (orthopedic problems, bone cancers, urinary incontinence, etc).
Neither is it a good idea to spay a female before she has reached puberty.
I point out that it is not keeping unaltered dogs that is irresponsible, it is having unplanned litters. But making it practically criminal to have intact dogs is going too far.
And I am in favor of proper training for pets and their owners to make them responsible members of our communities. Both the dog and the owner.
If you are not fit to own an intact dog, you are not fit to own an altered dog.

i like the pit, i have a pit myself i love the breed, but it was irresponsible to just let it get out and hit anything walking down the road. nice looking dog though.
