Yes Ekanuba is very good...for breeders who shop at petco or petsmart LOL.

That's the best food they have (Petco or Petsmart)

But if you want some REAL serious protein and alot of coat protection and vitamins get Canidae

YOu know notice that these stores aren't your ordinary pet store.....i'll let you make up your mind

this brand called Solid Gold is THE best dog food...only problem is it's sold at select stores and is stupidly expensive...but that's what i feed mine...she's worth the extra money

a good food for pits (imo) is a few different brands of food you can get from farming supply stores. they are super high in protein (most of them over 50%) and its mad cheap (like 15$ for a 50lb bag). between me and my friends and family we have all used different varieties of this kind of food and out dogs are in great shape and very solid. they all have nice coats as well. but this food is more for strength/mass.

most farming supply places (anything that sells feed and such) has high protein dog food for dogs that work on farms. i am in milledgeville so they are more abundant than in the ATL. but i know there are some in conyers (from there) so i am sure they can be found.

go to pitbullforum.com...I feed mine Canidae you can get it at Pet Etc in Duluth, its the same price as Iam and Eukanuba. Its all natural, without all the corn fillers that the cheaper big name brands have. My pit loves it.

The only thing worth a damn at Petsmart or Petco is the Neutro Ultra line. That's the only food that one of my dog doesn't have allergies with, and the other doesn't get the runs because it's so rich.

Food that is uber high in fat and protein makes yoshi's tummy upset. Food that has wheat or corn stuff in it makes kenshin itch like crazy. Neutro Ultra is a nice mix between the two. They're picky eaters too, but they both seem to like that brand. NOT the regular Neutro, it has to be the Ultra.

Yeah, Kenshin is the mean one, haha. But only until he gets to know you, then he's Mr. Kisses. (Or nibble on the goatee, in Arsalan's case, haha)

do not buy black gold, it is essentially made of nothing and fat i worked at dog kennals for 9 months and the owner breeds champion bernese mountain dogs, up to 20,000 grand a peice, so i know alot about how to feed dogs go buy PRO PLAN good food for any breed anyways about the food for a pit, it doesnt really matter, pitbulls have insane metabolism's, my freind, (topsecret2jz) has 4 and we can feed them anything, they will eat anything from chicken bone to sticks and it has no negative effects on their food track.
