    lol im not a raspberry fan but i love yogurt for some reason. when it gets hotter out i usually eat a banana also. i try and eat a breakfast that is healthy and will help keep me hydrated because automotive shops are hot as fuck in the summer if they dont have a/c!

    Well... this morning I had an egg over easy, some bacon, toast with grape jelly, and some OJ. The morning before I just had some frosted shredded wheat cereal heh, but no milk this morning so no cereal.

    i love to sit down at breakfast for the weekends, but weekdays, whatever I can grab. Usually chips, ho-ho's, cheese crossiants (sp) at the convient stores, and a Monster.

    My favorites are:

    pancakes and scrambled eggs with cheese

    chicken biscuit from Chik Fil A

    grits

    pop tarts

    granola bars. The crunchy Nature's Valley ones

    A big breakfast is rare for me. I just can't eat that much. If I have a chicken biscuit, it holds me over until an early dinner. Most days I have one pop tart or granola bars. Cooking is for the weekend.
