well. i'm in the sig 230lbs, next to sledlude. after losing about 30lbs of fat before my accident. i'm under construction at the present. so there wont be a reveal till i've replaced the current 28% bodyfat to muscle with my previous(as in 5 yrs ago) 10-14%bodyfat, if not less.

but like the youngin (lol) that started the thread, i started working out, thanks to my dad, frmr bodybuilder/cop/soldier when i was 12-13 and was, at my peak condition 250lbs, 7-8% bodyfat @ 5'8" and 17. i left middle school at 200lbs. 250lbs by senior year. then i went to the navy, where the emphasis wasnt brute strength, but endurance and they ran my ass down to like 170lbs coming outta boot camp(didnt like that not one bit, but i could run forever!) and stopped working out completely for 5yrs existing solely on a steady diet of fast food, cigars, alcohol and pop. with the occasional healthy entre'.

then i stood and took stock of myself, was amazed at how 250lbs of muscle could turn to 250lbs of "wheeze, wheez!! damn i'm tired..(walkin from the car to the checkers window)..gimme a milkshake...i'm thirsty!" so i worked out again from april '04 til i was hit by that asshole in august. after finishing up with DR G. i began working out again in march. and it's amazing what the body remembers....i'm starting a lot weaker than i ended in august, but the changes are happening just like they did when i first picked up weights back in my teen years.

The biggest thing you can do to lose weight is keep track of your calorie intake. After a while you start craving more healthy foods and such. Hell, I feel like i eat whatever i want now but I havent been this light and years and my body fat has never been this low.
    Good job
