cardio/diet is the way to go. In the beginning of jan i stopped driking everything aside from water... stopped eating out(food)... started buying everything low fat... and started doing some cardio type activities(tennis and exercise bike)

I was 203... Now i am 177.

The biggest thing you can do to lose weight is keep track of your calorie intake. After a while you start craving more healthy foods and such. Hell, I feel like i eat whatever i want now but I havent been this light and years and my body fat has never been this low.
