Chops would be my first choice!!

103 West absolutely sucks, small portions, uptight staff, etc, etc
Atlanta Fish Market has always been good, but last time I went I was actually pretty disappointed, although I wouldn't hesitate to give them a good chance.
Pano and Paul's is definitely for a more mature audience (kinda like 103 West)
