How do YOU know that THAT was what he was doing?? Who said he was even a GOOD person? Did he say WHICH church he went too? Maybe he goes to the Church of Lavey and prays every day, do YOU know that??

its call small talk my friend, chit chat that has no meaning what so ever... this type of conversation doesn't have any objectives. you only make a comment like he did when you have an objective.

simple: hi how are you? can i take your drink order? good sure, i'll have a diet coke.

again saying "i'll pray for you", which really wouldn't of been much better is completely different than tell us "I GO TO CHURCH AND I PRAY EVERY SUNDAY"... shit if that wasn't him asking for a response i don't know what is.....

Maybe he was asking for a response, maybe he wasn't. It would be no different than someone seeing you sneeze and say "I take two doses of claritin every morning for allergies". Heck maybe you had a cold, or your nose just itched. However, I won't go thinking how he is all up in my shit and post it on the internet.
