Well, at first I would do 30 minutes on the bike as soon as I got there before my workout. I was told to do cardio after my workout. So now I work on upper, lower body, whatever for at least an hour and then do my cardio before I leave. I eat pretty much whatever I want. I just try to stay away from the sweets like desert and stuff. I eat at least twice a day with maybe a snack in between the two meals.Originally Posted by Romeyo07
