head aches all the time... not so much the snoring or not being able to breathe... no health ins... so i can't just go to my doctor... i don't drink alcohol at all.. and not too much caffeine... i used to be able to drink a pot of coffee and go to bed 2 minutes later... so caffiene has never really bothered me....
I hear this statement from people constantly. but caffeine does interupt ur sleep. caffeine it self might not stop u from falling asleep but it will block out the delta stages of sleep wich are very important for the completion of a healthy sleep cycle. the caffeine creates a chemical imbalance wich does not allow a person to actually achieve those last two stages of sleep in turn not allowing ur body to rest properly.Originally Posted by Killer
