    Default Roommate Needed ASAP - Alpharetta - North Point - Exit 7 on GA400

    Apartment Specs
    3 bedroom
    2.5 Baths
    Screened In Porch
    Couch and 2 lazy boys - Coffee Tables in Living Room
    36in TV with surround sound in Living Room
    Digital Cable in Living Room

    Rent is 400 dollars. I will cover ALL utilities. Rent would be due by the 28th. You get your owned FURNISHED bedroom with twin bed. You would ONLY need to supply a twin box spring and twin mattress. The room is wired on cable. You need to supply a TV. If you want digital cable in the bedroom it is 15 dollars plus 5 dollars a month.

    You get the HALF bath all to yourself. The other full bath you ONLY have to share the shower.

    I need someone to move in almost immediately. I can help you move in or out of your old setup.

    i know there are tons looking, just so happens either not people i want to live iwth or contacted after i signed a lease for 2 people... so you should be getting some bites...

    Pher, Vteckidd, hulud and some others are looking...
