It'd be a good idea to try vet's offices. If you get them through there, most likely there already house trained and stuff like that. Thats how I got mine.
Vets may charge a small fee though- because its been proven if the animal was paid for, even a little bit, the animal is less likely to be beaten, abused, and stuff like that.
they did not have any. i have tried there already.
Go to your local animal shelter and save a kitten

Atlanta Humane Society
Forsyth County Animal Shelter
Gwinnett Humane Society
Fulton County
Dekalb Humane Society
If those counties are not close enough you can search Petfinders.com and find one that is.. I would definately go with a shelter tho.. sometimes it can be $80, but just think those cats at vet clinics and no-kill shelter will find a home.. but the ones at shelters are not always so lucky..

try to buy a uncooked general tao's chicken you might have good luck there...
is it really that hard? Just "claim" a found kitten in the AJC lost section lol... thats the dirty way to do it but it works LOL

The Petsmart in Snellville has a great little guy.
I'm positive that the Gwinnett shelter has some. It's always had kittens every time I've been there.
