My issue is that I dont know how much all the devices in my case are pulling. I do know that it is very close and I am afeared to anything else in it. I already have a voltage thing for the processor and it has some other devices on there such as fan controllers, but it doesnt have my hard drives, CD-ROM, and the big one I am worried about the Video Card which is prolly pulling more than everything else.

APC makes all variety of power supplies and UPSs. Most of these have web interfaces which have many controls and monitoring. I'm sure they have everything you need.
