    Here is an opnion from a tech. If you are even remotely thinking about doing something sch as being a dentist go to school for that before you think about going to school to be a tech. It is not all it is made out to be. I have been turning wrenches for 5 years I love working on cars but I am burnt out on it mentaly and physicaly.

    I TOTALLY agree with him. Iv been doing it for 6 or 7 years and if you have any plans other then working on cars take it. I love cars but my back,knees,knuckles,fingers hurt almost every day. You have to be 1000% sure you want to make a living in this. Its not for everyone. Id make it a hobby not a career.
