Unfourtunatly if one nor both have dropped yet.. he will have to be neutered. Some dogs just have that problem and they dont end up dropping. The balls are still there...but they are inside the abdomen. Instead of the normal procedure of the vet just removing the testicals from the outside of the animal, the vet will actually go into abdomen and remove them that way. I would definatly recommend you do it now as he is younger and can recover better. If you dont do it.. within 2 years the tesitcles can turn into malignant cancer and that kind is uncurable.
