you have to run your comptuer in safemode to get rid of it. What version of windows are you using? i believe when you turn on your computer press f8 or one of the function keys to bring up boot menu. After that choose safe mode, then onces it's all up open norton and run the scan again. It SHOULD delete it. If not then you'll have to research the cure for it.
