fat is simple just eat fatty foods...

but im assuming you mean fill out some like bulk up. well when i was in highschool i had the wrestling coach as my homeroom teacher. my friend wanted to fill out some and so what our teacher said to do was eat breakfast lunch and dinner (plenty of protein). also during the day mid afternoon eat a pb&j sandwich. i believe that there was something else before bed but im not sure.
