I'm not going to sue them. I'm 21 and I don't give a shit. I'm just saying somebody COULD sue them and win. Putting up a sign that says "Beware of Dog" doesn't mean you can't be sued if somebody gets bitten by your dog.

Private businesses are allowed to limit admission, but NOT based on race, gender, or national origin. What if a club said "White people free before 11, everyone else cover is $10". Guess what? That's exactly the same thing, because race and gender are covered under the SAME Civil Rights legislation.

All I'm saying is they can do it, but they're not protected from lawsuits. They would probably lose if they were sued for it.
it's a private Club under the definition of a "Club" the said establishment has the right to chose it's members on any basis. When entering a "Club" you are paying to be(or free) a member for that night.
It would be like, someone sueing I.A for not letting someone be a member b/c they drove a Semi-truck.
