my apartment isn't too far from pleasant hill...it's the preserve at legacy park at 120 & lawrenceville-suwanee...i had a 1-bedroom with an attached garage for $750, now i have a 2-bedroom with attached garage for $865. i know there's a complex over behind the land rover dealership by gwinnett place mall that has attached garages, but my friend lived there about 2 or 3 years ago & she paid way too much for the size of the apartment.
what are you looking to spend & how many bedrooms do you want?

I pay $630 for my one-bdroom right now and if I could get one with an attached garage for $750 I'd do it right away.
basically, $750 and under would be preferred since I'm only home like 12 days out of the month as it is and I hate pissing money away on rent but I'm about to go insane not having a garage of any kind.
oh and if you want the back story well, I'm in a 2 year relationship but g/f refuses to move in together until she has a ring on her finger and I'm not ready to give her one. So, I'm trying to find an apartment closer to her WITH a garage so that I'm double happy...she'll want to stay at my place longer and I in turn have a garage to work in.
I'm not buying a house since we plan to move back to charleston, sc once we're married where I inherited a huge house right on the deep water :idb:
so anyway, your place is just what I'm looking for but is a little far out for me, anything closer??
