Yeah i've mapped out exactly how things will go. I have two people who will also be renting from me.. I did it this way cause I know I could afford it on my own.. but if god forbid I did loose a job.. atleast I know whats in my savings and with two roomies id be fine.

thats cool, again good luck. i found out after all this had happened that my loan was miss handled and should of been able to keep it. but i learned my leason the hard way, and i'm bakc on track for getting another one
Good.. There are a few houses in my neighborhood in the mid 100's... I could hook you up with my relator too if you want.. she is a close family friend and she's very helpful!
