    Default My soon to be house

    Well I just signed the contract for my house today...I close Feb 15th.. and Im so excited!! Here are some pictures.. Its a 2 year old house..and in very good condition!

    Yeah the green is hideous and the blue was a babys room.. its clouds and stuff.. cute for a kid but not for me.. the main room with the fireplace Im thinking of painting a very light blueish/gray.. and the carpet in there is also ganna go.. and im ganna do hardwood floors... I have the Inspector /Floor guy/ & Fence guy coming out this week!

    I really hadnt planned on doing this for another year.. but in my circumstance..no one wanted to rent me a house with a pitbull mix and 2 cats.. so I decided the hell with it and ill just do it!

    I was sold on the house before I even looked in the garage.. and my realtor was like.. oh btw the garage is perfect for you.. I gave her a puzzled look and when she showed me i couldnt help but laugh.. I never thought of painting the garage put its so me its perfect!

    Yeah i've mapped out exactly how things will go. I have two people who will also be renting from me.. I did it this way cause I know I could afford it on my own.. but if god forbid I did loose a job.. atleast I know whats in my savings and with two roomies id be fine.

    thats cool, again good luck. i found out after all this had happened that my loan was miss handled and should of been able to keep it. but i learned my leason the hard way, and i'm bakc on track for getting another one

    Good.. There are a few houses in my neighborhood in the mid 100's... I could hook you up with my relator too if you want.. she is a close family friend and she's very helpful!
