    Well when the inspector came out.. he wrote up a full report on what they need to fix.. previously before the inspection they(the current owners) gave me a $200 allowence to have the carpet professionally cleaned.. well upon further inspectiont he carpet will need to be replaced.. ($400).. So when we went through the list of things the inspector found.. it will cost between $500-700 depending on who fixes it (The current owners now live in Florida so they dont wanna come back to fix it they would rather give me money).. So since I am having to come out of pocket to fix the carpet.. I asked for $1100 allowence to fix everything they fucked up and now has to be replaced.. they came back with a counteroffer of $500.. and to me thats crap... So I made another offer of $1000.. and if they go any lower than $890...Im walking

    Thank you hun. For Scott and I it wont be too much different. We already live together. Even though this home is solely mine.. its kinda cool its "our" first home...Not to mention we will be living with bryan too and with Scott and him making jokes all the time I dont think I could ever get bored.

    Well everything is going as planned and as of right now I close on Feb 22nd I got the FHA loan I wanted and Im going with Farmers Homeowners Insurence... Things are going very good

    I was in the process of moving all last week and for the first time in a year, I have seen a red supra rollin around oakwood, so i guess that would only be one person!

    Hope your house was a breeze to move into, I was doing the ol' rush job outta the apartment and doin the allnighters!

    It took us from 1pm to 3 am on the day we moved our furniture.. I finally took the supra out the other day and the looks I got were priceless.. although my neighborhood has some really sexy cars, a brand new zo6 in Red.. a new M3... very very sessi cars..
