    still lookin for a roomie..

    you have all of upstairs to yourself...

    500, no utilitys, or 400 plus 1/2 utilitys.. your call...

    have 2.5 acres, wireless internet, cable,.. etc

    exit 14 off of 400, toward buford.. 1 mile from lake, 3 miles fr0m 400

    oh right on, my parents place is off sanders behind the home depot. good luck getting a roommate, id be down but i started contract on a place in dahlonega.
