nah dude...its fun, really...
Not a habitual skydiver, but have been twice. That shit is certainly a uniqe feeling. Its like falling out of your bed and taking forever to hit tha ground. Tha damn parachute kinda hurts the inside of your thighs. Im anxious to try a solo jump, oh well maybe one day.
I'd like to do it one day.

yeah you can do a solo jump on the 1st AFF class, if u took one..they are in the lower 200's for those AFF classes.. but with tandem jumps, its like 175..i'd rather do solo and go through all AFF classes to get licensed so u can skydive solo from now on...fun isn't it? the first time i went, i had a strap on my helmet and the remianing strap was flying around my neck, slapping my neck at 140mph..that was the only part that hurt...next time i'll remember not to leave anything flapping around that'd hurt me...good gawd...it was like gettin stung in the neck like 1,000,000,000 times lol

i am trying to line up my first time. tandem, then if i like that enough start my AFF jumps. that way if i really like it, i could have my A license by summer ( i think that is perfectly possible) and then drop the 5K on equipment.. OUCH lol how many jumps do u have?

im interested but i dont know were to go or try it out can anyone give me some direction?
i went here... im starting AFF training in a week or two.. its like 1200$... there is a place a little farther west that does it for 100$ or so cheaper.
tandem is 160 + video at ACS..
