    mine is definately Carrot Cake mm mm good... Kate likes strawberry cake w/ strawberry icing and fresh strawberrys on top

    De Tres De Leche- Its a south american cake.. My good friend's mom used to make it when I was in high school.. Its so damn good

    i agree carrot cake rules. but it must have walnuts and butter creamcheese icing! have you every had the one publix makes? i like the little candy crunchy things on top.

    i love both carrot cake AND cheesecake... but nothing beats a carrot cake w/ cream cheese frosting., except maybe coconut cake

    Thanks for clearing that up.. Sabrina used to always cals it de tres de leche.. I got the recipe from her when i was a senior in HS.. and he mom passed away last year from a anurism...so I've made it once since which was at the memorial bbq they made for her...and it turned out so great..

    It's a block away from my office and got a lunch meeting there next week...i'll be sure to try it Last time i was there was 3 months ago and spent $120 for two...with only 2 glasses of wine.

    im all for the rum cake especially when there is alot of rum and when you eat it you get that little burn, mmmmmmm, then it would haf to be fresh pound cake because it is not to sweet it just hits the spot
