I've tried all of them the drinks, the liquid, and the pills. The drinks (if you drink a whole one) will make you very alert and jittery. If you drink it slowly throughout the day, then its works very well, (but that way is expensive). Altogether it gives you incredible energy, almost too much. The liquid tastes horrible and works better than the pills. However all of them will put you in the bathroom a good bit. However, I noticed that my body bacame very resistant to it, faster than most appetite/fat burners/energy supplements. I recommend Charge you can now get it at Walmart for like 12.00 (its made by Labrada). Its a great appetite supressant and fat burner. I always pop 2 before the gym and I can tell it gives me that extra push. Hopefully that will help you.
