    Ya but its not like you are paying sales tax on a new car and then paying the one time fee on top of it. You don't get any sales tax back after you sell a car either. I'm saving over $1000 just this year alone. Each year after is just icing on the cake. I think its a great program

    I agree with that going forward...so If I buy a new car now...then I just pay that and no sales tax....and my tax for cars is complete !

    That part is good...

    But this intial BUY in to the program really sucks...and especially for newbies who move her now....its a HUGE expense up front.
