I\'m slightly confused. You\'ve been on Diazepam in the past, which I assume was prescribed by your MD and now you want to know what to ask your MD so he/she can prescribe it again? First, Diazepam is highly addictive, which is why it is a Schedule IV drug. Second, if you\'re going to a new MD, be honest about your history with other meds. Indications/contraindications will provide insight on which benzodiazepine your MD will prescribe. You honestly need to speak with your doctor about these issues. Posting non-specific questions and waiting for replies delays your treatment. Now you don\'t want that...do you?

P.S. When I go to my doctor he just asks me what I should take and he gladly writes the script. LoL.
