Well I just started running this year (end of January). I did two 5K's then a half now I want to do a marathon. This is the training program that I am going to follow. Oct 2 I plan to do a half in north Atl and Oct 30 is the marathon in Atl. Just start increasing your miles and you will begin to "graduate"
