    What do you listen to while running? I'm a firm believer that the music you listen to has a huge impact on your work out. When I'm running, I'm usually listening to trance or progressive trance.

    The best song I found to run to was the remix of the song from the movie Gladiator, "Now we are free." The remix is amazing and while your running it keeps you motivated. Also try Armin Van Buuren- Shivers.
