I don't think you understand me as of now with SB308 you being a permit holder can now carry long guns just like pistols!
Without a permit you can only carry long guns home to car to hunting not carry

no, you dont understand. after sb308, you do not need a license to a carry a long gun. i even quoted the section for you. and its a license, not a permit.
