    Default mozilla thunderbird help

    hey all I just got mozilla thunderbird tonight and have been trying to set it up for hrs now... I cant figure it out. I put pop mail server, server name mail.yahoo.com, outgoing server mail.yahoo.com. my question is do I need to put something else besides mail.yahoo.com for both. here is the error:

    Have you used Yahoo SMTP in the past? I thought you had to pay now to use Yahoo with your email client?

    i have never used outlook express or thunderbird before. I got it to connect now its not accepting my password. and im tyoping it in right. UGH damn computers!

    well i figured it out but I have to pay to use it with hotmail and yahoo didnt think I had too thanks anyways. At least I can set it up on my moms computer to work with her adelphia mail

    yea but u need a subscription to use it with outlook and thunderbird, what a bunch of bs
