Im now looking for more investment property but it is getting harder to

find decent deals around.

I used Ziprealty.com a lot. It has a nice map feature, and you can set it to show only foreclosed homes. You have to sign up though (its free), and you will get emails from your "custom" online realtor. But you can tell them to basically f-off nicely, thats what I did.
